Please note that Rustic Scribe Crafts is not responsible for any shipping delays arising from carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Processing and Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (not including weekends/stat holidays)
  • Custom items usually take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the volume of orders. Custom items may require additional time for design proofs and production.
  • Curbside Pickup – No shipping cost
  • Ready-made items - Standard delivery (up to 30 km from our studio), 1 to 3 business days.
  • Standard delivery within Canada takes 5 to 12 business days.
  • FedEx, USPS Options Available; you can choose Expedited shipping at checkout.
  • International orders usually arrive in 10 to 25 business days.

Processing time is separate from the shipping time. Shipping time and costs are shown at checkout and depend on location, order weight, and shipping method. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. We try our best to process and ship orders quickly. Please remember that delivery times are approximate and may vary. For large or bulk orders, additional processing time may apply.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
You are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately. Please ensure you are aware of these potential costs before making your purchase.

Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy
If there is a delay due to the carrier, weather, customs, or an incorrect address, we appreciate your patience. Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We will not be responsible for late arrivals or items sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information. Once your order is with the carrier, any risk of loss is your responsibility. It is up to you to decide if you are comfortable with the timeline.
