This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. As many of our products are handcrafted and often personalized, we kindly ask that you review our policies thoroughly before placing your order.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for non-custom, non-personalized items if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt
- The return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery with proof
- The return is approved.
- Items must include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- If you need to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We are available to assist you throughout the process.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom & Personalized Orders
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Scarves or hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards.
- All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and videos of the package opening, the item, and the packaging. We are here to resolve the issue.
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund and Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason.
- After you contact us, please wait for our approval and further instructions.
- Please return the item as directed so we can process your return promptly.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Please contact us first so we can assist you. - Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued according to our policy and to your original payment method. If we made an error, we would also refund the shipping fees.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will promptly issue a refund.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund.
